Returning ready-made blinds or curtains
We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on if you live in the UK or if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.
Returning made-to-measure blinds or curtains
Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains. If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on if you live in the UK or if you live in Ireland or email us. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.
